Procedures and mechanisms for making requests and complaints related to the actions or inactions of the MK

Every person has the right to know a public information or a complaint addressed to public authorities, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation. In the Ministry of Culture, for sending a request or complaint, the postal address should be used, as follows:
